Triton Charters Return & Cancellation Policy

At Triton Charters, we want every guest to have the best experience possible—and that starts with clear, fair policies. Here’s everything you need to know about cancellations and refunds:

Private Charters

  • You may cancel your private charter for a full refund if you do so at least 14 days before your scheduled departure.

  • If you cancel within 14 days, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable, and the full amount of the charter will be charged.

Ticketed Charters

  • We offer 100% refunds for ticket cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure.

  • If we need to cancel a charter for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund, no questions asked.

Special Events & Holiday Cruises

  • For special or holiday cruises, we require a 72-hour notice for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.

  • You’re welcome to reschedule to a regular ticketed charter, but please note that price differences will not be refunded.

Weather Policy

  • We do not sail in unsafe weather conditions. However, light rain is not considered a reason for cancellation.

  • Our captain will make the final call. If your trip is canceled due to weather, you can choose between a reschedule voucher or a full refund.

No-Show Policy

  • If you do not show up for your reservation and have not contacted us in advance, your booking is non-refundable.
