WIN A $25,000 DREAM WEDDING ABOARD SAN DIEGO’S LARGEST CATAMARAN

Entry Period: The wedding giveaway begins on April 18, 2024, and ends on May 18, 2024. All entries must be received by May 18, 2024, 11:59 PM PST. Selection Process: Thirty days after the giveaway begins, 10 entries will be chosen at random by Triton Charters. These contestants will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours of selection. Video Submission: The top 10 contestants will be required to submit a video detailing their love story and explaining why they believe they should win the $25,000 yacht wedding. The video submission must be received by June 1, 2024. Alternate Selection: If any of the top 10 contestants fail to respond to our notification within 72 hours of contact, an alternate contestant may be chosen at random. From the 10 entries, a top 3 will be chosen, and voted on by the public through Triton Charters’ Instagram page. Booking Deadline: The winning couple must book their wedding within one year of being announced as the winner on June 8, 2024. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize. Prize: The prize includes a wedding package valued at $25,000, which covers the cost of a yacht wedding provided by Triton Charters on a date agreed upon by both parties. Exclusions: The prize does not include any additional expenses such as transportation, add-ons, accommodation, and/or other wedding-related costs not explicitly mentioned in the prize description. Publicity: By participating in the giveaway, contestants agree to allow Triton Charters to use their names, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation. General Conditions: Triton Charters reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior. The decision of Triton Charters regarding the winner and any other aspect of the giveaway is final and binding. Release of Liability: By participating, contestants release Triton Charters, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize. Governing Law: The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.
