 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great experience on the Triton catamaran!  The afternoon voyage had live music and the drinks onboard didn’t disappoint.  You can bring your own snacks and food as well.   Bathrooms were very clean.  The crew was super attentive and friendly.  Plenty of seating areas including bean bags as well as tables with cushioned seats.  Will definitely be booking additional voyages in the future. 10 out of 10!   Tip:  arrive at least 30 mins before departure to secure seats of your choice.  We attempted to get the beanbags at the bow of the boat but someone rudely jumped in front of us and took over the seating area.   We still ended up with great seats and had a great time. :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Can I bring drinks?

Triton has a liquor license with the city that does not allow customers to bring their own drinks.

Yes! Guests aboard Triton may bring their own snacks! If you are looking to have more than just a personal snack, we offer catering options on our private charters!

Do we need to fill out a waiver?

Yes, all guests that board Triton must have a signed waiver.

What is your cancellation policy?

Triton Charters has a 24-hour cancellation policy on public charters. To receive a full refund, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable unless ticket insurance was purchased. However, you may reschedule your reservation at no charge up until the time of departure. Please note that no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Triton may cancel ticketed charters anytime for any reason for which our customers will receive a full refund.
